I was able to identify obstacles that are in my way of achieving goals. I feel more equipped with tools to design a life of intention and purpose. I am more clear on my core values, identifying what is most important in this season, and setting up boundaries in work/ home life.
Time blocking. It was REALLY hard to stay motivated to do it every day, but it paid off. It would have been very difficult to do the ideal day/week structure without knowing exactly what and when I accomplish things during the day. Also, giving yourself permission to honor work time. This has been so impactful with productivity.

Understanding growth mindset and permission to focus on one thing/ goal at a time. I can fall into comparing myself and my journey with others. This course helped me to find what is important to me...creating a vision for home/ business and ways I can be my best self! I love the Be, Do, Feel questions, vision board project, and then aligning my time to reflect that.
Mindset is everything! I learned that I can be in a fixed mindset which gets me stuck in achieving my goals. I also learned that defining my core values is so important because it creates more clarity in my work/ home life.
